We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. International orders are shipped by DHL, EMS and RUSSIAN POST for delivery. If you wish to track your parcel and have not received an email with your tracking details, please contact us and we will track your shipment for you or email you a tracking number that can be used at www.parcelmonitor.com
Delivery information such as Customers Name, Location Address and Contact Number will be stored for delivery purposes. Other personal identifiable information will not be stored.
• We aim to get most orders dispatched within 3-7 days or sooner, subject to the product specifications, credit card clearance, stock, your location, time & date of order, address verification, shipping time, & availability of items. We will contact you via email or phone if there is an unreasonable delay or if the items are out of stock.
• We ship to all countries via DHL, EMS and RUSSIAN POST delivery services. Based on the item delivery destination, some items will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis i.e. any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
• If you for any reason refuse delivery, or are unavailable or unable to take the time despite reasonable attempts by the courier company, your item will be returned to LAVARICE and you will be charged for the unpaid duties, taxes & additional shipping costs.

We accept returns on item(s) in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations for a full refund (minus shipping costs). All item(s) being returned must also be accompanied by original packaging, i.e. Skivvies bags, Swim bags and poly bags.
You have 21 calendar days from the day you receive your order to postmark your item(s) for return. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the purchase.
If returns postmarked an additional 7 days outside of the 21 day policy are ineligible for a refund but will automatically be processed for an online store credit. Any returns postmarked more than 28 days from the delivery date are ineligible for return and will be automatically shipped back to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be fully processed. Once your return has been processed, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We can only issue credits back to the original form of payment. Once the return has been processed we will send you an email so you know it’s on its way.
Any duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.
How to send back:
1. For the start process of refund please send us photocopy of postmark bill to email firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Add all unwanted item(s) to box.
3. Stick the shipping label on box.
4. Fill out return form (the more specific you are on the reason for return the better! We take your comments into account and it helps us improve).
5. Include a packing list so we can ensure fastest processing time possible.
6. Send us the return package using the carrier of your choice. Please declare it as “GOODS RETURNING” on your commercial invoice.
Please note: all swimwear, intimate apparel, bodysuits and other products in section “SALE” are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return of the goods is paid by the client.
