EMS takes the fast track to get your items to more than 220 countries around the globe. This service is affordable, reliable - and speedy.Shipping takes approximately 5-10 business days with EMS. A tracking # will be emailed to the customer once the order has shipped and wil avalible at profile.
Customs and duty fees are not included and it is the customer's responsibility to pay. We cannot determine the duty fees for country to country, please contact your local customs office if you have any questions. We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.
Delivery time of orders can be extended by delivery service for indefinite period for reasons beyond our control.
We accept returns on item(s) in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations for a full refund (minus shipping costs). All item(s) being returned must also be accompanied by original packaging, i.e. Skivvies bags, Swim bags and poly bags.
You have 21 calendar days from the day you receive your order to postmark your item(s) for return. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the purchase.
If returns postmarked an additional 7 days outside of the 21 day policy are ineligible for a refund but will automatically be processed for an online store credit. Any returns postmarked more than 28 days from the delivery date are ineligible for return and will be automatically shipped back to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be fully processed. Once your return has been processed, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We can only issue credits back to the original form of payment. Once the return has been processed we will send you an email so you know it’s on its way.
Any duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.
How to send back:
- For the start process of refund please send us photocopy of postmark bill to email email@example.com
- Add all unwanted item(s) to box.
- Stick the shipping label on box.
- Fill out return form (the more specific you are on the reason for return the better! We take your comments into account and it helps us improve).
- Include a packing list so we can ensure fastest processing time possible.
- Send us the return package using the carrier of your choice. Please declare it as “GOODS RETURNING” on your commercial invoice.
